Grant Reporting
Grant recipients are asked to share a reflection and documentation of their experience after completion. This may include photos, examples of work, or a short testimonial describing what they learned and how the opportunity supported their growth.
These stories help GIEF celebrate student accomplishments and demonstrate the impact of community support.
All grant documentation is due promptly after the grant experience has completed. This can be done in many ways such as, but not limited to:
A short testimonial or reflection about their experience
Photos or examples of their learning (when appropriate)
A summary of how the opportunity supported their growth, interests, or goals
Presentation: in person, recorded video, performance, etc.
Essay or the final project
Short interview in-person, video chat, or phone call
Other: Reach out to us to submit your documentation or to brainstorm the best way for you to fulfill this final step of our grant process
