Donors and Volunteers Make it All Possible
All donations, large and small, make a tremendous impact on the educational experience of Georgetown resident learners. GIEF is deeply grateful for the mighty group of donors, volunteers, and educators that have made this mission and vision a reality since 2010. We hope you will continue to consider this foundation in your charitable givings or volunteer efforts. Thank you!

Volunteer with GIEF
GIEF prioritizes keeping administrative costs as low as possible to ensure majority of all money spent goes directly to Georgetown learners and not administrative costs. We accomplish this with a small but mighty team of dedicated volunteers and board members.
We can’t do it alone and need more community members who believe in GIEF’s mission to work with us. If you resonate with our mission work, please reach out to us. We have areas we could use extra help that range from as little as 2 hours per year to 1 hour per month. If you want to donate more, please consider attending a board meeting to learn about how we work.
We want to hear from you! Please reach out to us via the contact form or email us at giefmaine@gmail.com.
